Product exchanges are facilitated for items purchased from Jammay's online store, applicable exclusively through the online platform. The exchange is accepted if the product remains unused and retains its original label and tag. Please note that exchanges are only offered in cases where an incorrect order has been delivered or if the product is faulty. This exchange policy pertains specifically to local orders.
For products on sale, exchanges are not provided unless there has been an error in the order delivered.
The exchange policy is applicable within a 14-days time following the delivery of goods. Customers will be responsible for covering the courier charges.

Return Terms & Conditions
At Jammay, once an order is processed, there is no provision for a return or refund. Nevertheless, in the instance of receiving a wrong or defective item, customers can reach out to our customer service center.

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours after they are placed.
Customers will receive an email with tracking information as soon as their product ships, along with a shipping confirmation. After the shipment, our exchange policy is activated and the cancellation policy is no longer applicable.
Orders may be canceled by Jammay in the event of pricing problems, stock shortages, or credit card payment rejections.
